Sales should be strong, customers are clamoring to go out and get back to normal. Upsell them well and we'll all have a merry Christmas!

No bonus this year?
Did you mean to say "We're gonna get ki---d this Christmas?"
Demand is especially strong at the Walnut Creek FLS lately. Nice job, selling team!

It's not all on Nordstrom. A lot of it, is the brands themselves pulling out. You don't need to be in a department store to have a successful brand like you might have had to be in the 60s to early 90s. See DTC brands or even brands like Nike who have been slowly pulling out of stoes as they see more success and profit selling through Nike channels. Brands are starting to view department stores as an ugly middle man.
That's crazy -- high end is where it's at. What are they thinking??!!
This has been happening at most Nordstroms for years. Anymore Nordstrom is just Macy's with slightly nicer decor and ambience
I sure hope so. Sales at my store have been abysmal. All our designer handbags and most women’s designer items have been pulled from our selection. Embarrassing having to send customers to Saks across the mall because we don’t carry anything high end anymore.
