Have a newly hired in my dept. Works really good. But. Recently she's really starting to mess up. Its almost like she's trying to get fired so she can claim unemployment benefits.

Every day I get at least one, usually more emails about TL, ATL postings. Company is running good people out the door fast. Probably some bad ones too, don't get me wrong, but things have never been d-mber at Whole Foods.

the floriduh region of the new big southeastern conference has the middle name "mismanagement"..we got some rejects from up north down here and the nepotism stench is everywhere...like bad beef in the meat dept. that they cant grind up and repackage for sale as hamburger....they are having a hard time hiring "leadership" positions down here --TL,ASTL,ATL etc...we used to have dozens of applicants for these type of "roles".....now the job postings come and go,come and go again.....

Myself (ATL) and two TMs have one foot out the door, due to severe mismanagement from our TL coupled with unrealistic expectations for Holiday season. NE.
