It seems to me that our leadership lives in an illusion that there are still many who want to work here and who would come to replace the great people who are leaving.

The current management is a joke.even if we thought the old people were bad at least they knew something. They are firing then and replacing with triggered 20 somethings that thought they hired on to a company today works an 8 hour shirt while the older employees can’t take covering the slack for them anymore.
Leadership is right. The pay is better than average and just high enough to assure you will be replaced fairly quickly. Tough times are inevitable, being miserable is a choice.
