Thats great you at least got 2 weeks year.. They aren't obligated to give anything except Government standard of 1 week per year.. The last packages in Jan and Mar were 4-5 weeks per year.. Cenovus is trying now to force people to leave on their own reducing costs of packages....

Sorry to hear that. But better thing are around the corner. It’s such a toxic and unhealthy company. They really don’t care about their employees. I really don’t know how they sleep at night given the abusive behaviour that is taught and encouraged. There will come a judgement eventually and those that didn’t take part will be rewarded and those that schemed, lied, backstabbed and abused will be held accountable. That’s what helps me sleep at night.

So glad I left this place. This is not how you treat people. Mental health means nothing to this company. Get the layoffs done and then move on. Don’t drag it out over 2 years!
so sorry to hear about this. This is really insane what they are doing..... the company should be profitable at these prices, and if they layoff now, can you imagine what would have happened if oil price was sub 40? Crazyyyy
