They work long hours(12 + hour days) have more stress than most people, and have a lot of moving parts they deal with.
People should keep this in mind as well.

When one of the two current VP's in Staff Counsel came to visit my office a few years back, and not long after getting the job, he looked at us all with a straight face and said some weeks are 30-hour weeks and some maybe 40-hour weeks or a bit more. Then he told us all to do our jobs... better. So, to the OP, go fu-k yourself.
