Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

They want to see responsibility

Frustration here is growing. I don't understand how it is possible for a boss to ask of an employee what he himself cannot do?
Taking responsibility is one of those things.
For everything that person does wrong, he always blames someone else. We are all sick and tired of it because he constantly talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.

Destined to repeat history. Is it that hard to understand? The manager is the boss. You have to learn to take direction and execute as told. Do what you’re told. It’s not that hard.

I am a manger. I just fired someone like you. All the "I am only human. I need a lunch. I have to go to the bathroom." Talk was too much.

Oh brother. This attitude is exactly why you’re working at Walmart. The cycle never ends and they never learn. This is their destiny.

The only time I was coached in 22 years was for telling my manager to show me how to do something in the time that she allotted me to do it. I told her if she can do it in that time I can definitely do it. 6 months later she was fired after I stepped down from lead.
