With the staffing issues, turnover and inflation, do we still think allstate will be low on annual raises or compensate with those factors

I hear it will be between 1% to 2%. Most likely be 1% and a lot of no raises with delivery to be happy you have a job.
I don’t think so. It will be the standard 2.6% or whatever it is.
Lawl. Doesn’t matter what your ratings are anymore. Why try? Even at ‘expected’ where you meet all business goals, you’ll only get a cost of living raise, which is a few cents of 3%.
I went elsewhere and make significantly more. I’m also appreciated and get bonuses
For the ignorant, our inflations is the result of the current Covid outbreak (which 45 denied, lied, and fried about) recovery, an unnecessary tax cut, and the Fed pushing money during the years of before and during 45.
See, 45 pressured the Fed to print more money by buying back more bonds. Get your history straight. The last R president (a) passed an unnecessary tax cut flooding the economy with unnecessary hundreds of billions, (b) worsened and prolonged the Covid outbreak thus creating a V shaped impact of the demand curve by driving an exaggerated economic slowdown with factory shutdowns then followed by recovery inflation and (c) 45 pounded at the Fed to release money JUST BEFORE HIS ELECTION.
Facts matter. Learn them.
Probably the reason they support progressive causes... Drive up inflation so they can charge more and pay the same, ie, save money on labor.
We haven’t had a decent raise in years. I wouldn’t plan on that being any different now. Only people getting solid raises are vp level and above…
Must be a new employee. Allstate has been stuck in an "expense year" for the last 20 Years.
Here's your 3%!
Are you kidding? It’s Allstate. Your raise is “be glad you have a job!!” But that won’t work in today’s job market. People will go elsewhere to be treated like third rate citizens for little pay.
If they don't compensate for those factors, they stand to lose a ton more employees and money
If I don't get a raise I'm out🏃
