It seems they cannot stop the mass exodus anymore. I wouldn't stay even if they drastically increased my pay.

The best possible thing that could happen at this point is a smaller than expected layoff in the next few weeks, and then the company is sold, or broken up and sold, so the nightmare that was Citrix can finally end. The situation is beyond repair. Way to go, Dave.
