Bring it, this place is run by ID10TS, clueless management, cronies at all levels. The focal point was a joke, with everyone getting the same pitilence of a raise. The dead weights as well as the bust humps all getting the same. Had enough of this SH!T show.

No, most locations will not have layoffs. Most locations are short handed and can't find employees as is. They also know they are going to lose alot of employees if this OSHA mandate thing goes through. They are aware that layoffs would put them in even more of a bind and would be jumping the g-n.

There tend to always be layoffs after they get an idea of what the 4th quarter results look like.

One should always assume there will be layoffs. Never get settled in and assume it can't happen. Keep your skills up and continue to network. This really applies to any job in any industry. I tend to agree though that Halliburton usually has layoffs every December for some reason.

Most likely, the layoffs WILL start just before Christmas (or before management celebrates Festivus).
