I resigned today for a new role at a different company.
It’s not easy leaving but I’m already feeling excited and recharged in my career.

You should have waited they had layoffs today.. Maybe you could have got a package
FYI if you read the fine print, the 1.2 in 22 bonus isn’t calculated and paid out until mid 2023…
I'm waiting for 1.2 in 22, probably going to happen in June next year. Then I'm out.
