This one made me laugh a bit. No, we need a strong leader that can talk to a group on the first take. On a 10 point scale here is my arbitrary ranking on CEO ability:
Brandt: 2.2
Glenn: 0.7
Terrance: 2.0
Mario: 1.9
Tom: 2.7
Whoever does our technology: -100
Whoever does our pricing: -98
Also, baked into this ranking is a deduction for using the phrase. To understand the “what” I want to start with the “why”. Then spending 98% of their time on why, 2% on what, and 0% on how.

Maybe Tom W. is looking for 360 degree feedback as he seeks to replace Glenn as Allstate President. He knows the answer based on 2021 claim results. No.
