Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Are they worried at all?

I sometimes wonder if our leadership is concerned what effects will have attrition and all the layoffs under the radar, as well as the departure of people who will not want to take the vaccine?

If I was the one deciding about the future of a company, I would be more than worried about all this. Our leadership unfortunately seems too confident that there are no mistakes in their decisions.

Citrix has become irrelevant. The execs were banking on a workspace like it was something magical (Sure some boot li---r told them so). If they can't knock it out of the park during all the remote work time when will they?

Calderoni cashed out $550,935 worth of Citrix RSU's on November 1st. So we can all rest easy at night knowing he will have spare cash for a couple sets new golf clubs, shoes and ba--s for the upcoming Christmas season.

5,814 shares at 94.76 per the latest SEC filing at the following link;

I am 100% sure they already knew they would not meet the growth numbers.

That's why the started to micro managing people, and make settlements and bully people out of the company.

They wanted to show revenue instead, as growth wasn't an option. This is the reason the analyst firms was caught by surprise.
I am not sure where in the spreadsheet or the annual report the settlements are hidden.. someone with experience should dig into that and compare 2017-2021 numbers or at least took into amount of employees.

The only thing they’re worried about is their own bank account. Grow up and get in touch with reality. They’re going to fire a bunch of people that don’t deserve it. It’s what they do in times like these. They cut throats to appease the gods (the Street, investors).
