Emerson will keep vaxx on honor system and not require anything of employees. It will just encourage. All the young employees who haven’t left will now. Count me in. Bye Emerson.

Oh I would mostly agree with that although I do think a stand can be made regardless of the largest couple of shareholders. And without looking, i'm going to guess the company with an old world ship logo and the other a dark colored rock.
I will give you a little bit of homework. If you think this is Emerson’s decision to push a vaccine mandate, you’re wrong. Do a little research on who the majority shareholders are for woke companies such as Emerson, Pfizer, Nike, Amazon, Facebook, Valero, Delta Airlines, ExxonMobil and Walmart just to name a few. You will notice the top two shareholders for each company are the exact same. Makes you think huh?
So once again, if you think our company is more than just a puppet for our majority shareholders, you’re asleep to the way corporate America is ran. None of this is about “our health” and don’t believe that for a second, this is about pushing an agenda and listening to the “man”.

I hope that everyone looks at this with Love for others. The statistics don’t lie. Ask funeral directors if there business is way up. Testing should be required. I hope everyone has the measles vax too.

No one cares that you “just don’t get it”. This two weeks to flatten the curve that has lasted over a year plus is ridiculous. If you can’t tell that you’re being played than my suggestion is to turn off the television and start thinking on your own. Wearing a mask that no study has shown to work is for sure a “minor inconvenience”, and forcing me to shoot a vaccine into myself that I don’t want will not happen. Hopefully one day you will wake up, but until then worry about yourself because I assume you’re vaccinated, so you’re safe right? If you don’t feel safe, than why should anyone take it in the first place. You think it’s difficult to fill positions now, start pushing this vaccine bs and see how many positions open up. Lastly, are you referring to the “science” as what Fauci is pushing? If so, you need to open your eyes and quit being the little obedient sheep.
I don't understand the hostility here. There is a very infectious virus that has swept across the whole of the globe, massively disrupted humanity, ki---d alot of people and made alot more people ill. It has put huge pressure on health infrastructure systems which has massive knock on implications for all of us. If science then comes up with some effective solutions to that, i.e. vaccines and mask wearing that are minimal inconvenience for us, then why spend energy getting in the way.

I am not concerned one bit. If they try to push this “mandate” which is not a law, I am gone and will line up for the class action lawsuit. Sooner or later the so called leaders of this company will understand nothing happens without employees. Far to many of their egos won’t allow them to realize that, but if they want to be woke and try to push unconstitutional mandates, I will happily walk away from a company that has gone down hill anyways.

I just left EMR after more than 10 years. They are trying to figure out how to outsource my job. I could have told them, but I didn’t want to.
So now Emerson is worried about losing their employees. After all the layoffs and the employees they let walk right out the door…
It’s a lose-lose situation. Emerson’s trying to respect people’s personal medical choice and not be fined $14k per incident. Outcome will be horrible for companies as they could lose 1000s of employees and not deliver for customers. I’d say Emerson should fight the mandate.

Mandate would help Us clean house of old, expensive and disgruntled employees. Win-win.
