Thread regarding Norfolk Southern Corp. layoffs

When is it enough for them?

It’s one thing to work hard, and quite another to be exploited. I feel more like I’m exploited. All management knows is to test the employee limits, how much they can handle.

There used to be harder and easier days, but now every day is getting worse and harder. NS simply has no limit when it comes to squeezing people. It's never enough for them.

I'm not simply tired, I'm exhausted beyond belief. They make great use of the fact that some people have no other option.

Did you sign a contract that required you to be there? Can't you find another job? Especially now, in a worker's market?

No they will not fire you for working to slow. They will sit back a wait for you to break a rule that would normally be a slap on the wrist. Than fire your a-s and when you fight it they will drag there feet and use every excuse to not have a hearing and wait you out. Good luck to you all.
