usually no, but lot of people from these acquired companies leave after 1 year, that's all I've seen, for money and because they don't fit corporate culture.

There usually aren't layoffs in the cloud team. NetApp needs to pretend it is a cloud company.

No layoffs that I know of when we bought spot. Don’t see how this acquire is any different.
