RIF'S have historically taken place in Nov. I have seen them ongoing in Nov since 2014

Not sure but look for a new job while you can, there is no reason to remain in a big company if they fire people every 3 years

There are not enough IT employees left to make up a "major" RIF so must be hitting other areas too.

Has anyone else noticed how management wants to make sure you get all your vacation in?
That way they don't need to pay it out when get axed.
