2017 LTIP - selected top ranking executives, believe very few in this program as many might have left like throes ibm-ers
2018 equity plan - should be directors or above where their increment and aip converted to options
2021 equity plan - likely going to be similar to 2018
2021 ESPP - to all employees but only those thinking gf stand a chance to survive or willing to take risky speculation will subscribe

well, there it is... 2017 LTIP and 2018 equity plan. Also mention of 2021 equity plan (not yet approved) and 2021 ESPP.

Can't wait to see who got something and how much. Will be interesting to see who's part of the 2021 EP too. It specifically mentions it as a tool being used to retain employees.

Took a look at the number and IMO is quite bad. Our cost has been higher than revenue and this doesn't include R&D. Even in 2021 the cost is 10% lower, which doesn't help the fact we are making a loss. It is quite pathetic after all our effort in cost-cutting and maximizing wafer output in 2020.

OMFG!! Still making huge losses in record years, pretty sure Tommy boy needs to strike first to prevent any possibilities of Intel or any companies from taking his huge golden parachute (ahem, I meant acquiring GF)

GF has a margin of -27.8% in 2020 (net loss of $1.35B and revenue of $4.85B)

Even in 1H21, the margin is still -10% (Net loss narrowed to $301M with a revenue of $3.04B.)

Interesting to see how the market reacts, pretty sure many speculators will lose their money if they grab GF shares and hold them for long
