I am a former employee who went through a round of interviews with various companies before I landed my current job. It was these interviews that made me question why I drank the company kool-aid for so long. But it was only after being gone for a few months and experiencing another company culture that made me realize how toxic my former BU and colleagues were. Sometimes I will visit this site to remind myself to be thankful that I am no longer there.

Amen. Toxic waste of a company in the wa employees are treated. Great financial results at the cost of human capital.
Congratulations on getting out of this horrid company. The big Cheeto Ramon had his quarterly global earnings celebration call today. Seems like this bloated barge of junk food had another record earnings report to share with all the big shots and Wall Street. Meantime job cuts and worthless pay increases continue. I couldn’t watch it - there isn’t enough antacid in my home to be able to make it through any of these corporate wind bags pep talks. Had another interview last week. Not sure if I succeeded but I’m more determined than ever to jump
Ship. Even Cap’n Crunch knows he’s piloting the Titanic!
