Any XTO people left? Maybe a few here and there, what’s the latest status on having a job and not getting PIPed?

Yes I was PIP
Yeah, that’s what I was wondering about. I left when the cr-p started over a year ago, saw the writing. Best of luck til you retire.
Meanwhile the club is not harm in Facilities everything is good.
It’s been about 11 years since the purchase.
The lucky ones that have 15 years of service and are over 55 have bailed or are going to bail next year or two if not sooner.
The younger ones have either been NSI’d/PIP’d over the last two years, left, or just waiting for the opportunity because they don’t see themselves staying.
I’m in the third camp. I have 15 years, but not yet 55. I’m taking the lump sum and call it good early next year. I see my immediate manager and one level up trying to make the current situation palatable, but the executive are just cr*pping on everybody. I remember XTO went through a rough patch and the CEO talked about a voluntary reduction in salary which will be repaid when a recovery takes place. This bunch here at XOM look out for themselves first and everybody else be damned. They preach integrity, but gas light people with this BS layoffs disguised as PIP.
Whatever course you decide to take good luck to you.
8% for a few more years. No hiring. Do the math.
