I've lost SIX people and 100% listed the 401K match elimination as a reason for leaving. It's crazy, we are rehiring people at MUCH higher wages that are far less productive.

Your match is going to the dividend being paid to shareholders.

I don't recall, when was this removed? Was it right after covid hit or before?

We'll be more likely to see a return of the "buy in" that we had 20 years or so ago. We took a couple percent pay cut with the promise that it could be 2x or more return based on company performance. I think we got that back a year or two later when they thought they might have to pay out more than they took.

the d-mbest move ever not reinstating the match. We lost many strong sales people as as a result. the company did not save any money once one factors in the loss in intellectual capital. How do you build a high performing sales environment when there are NO raises, no 401K match, and plans that were built off of faulty assumptions in the U.S.?

They don’t care about employees. If they did they would have never stopped it in the first place. The place is a dumpster fire going down in flames.

It will be brought back same time Xerox becomes a tech ‘powerhouse’.

Easy now @1ncl their 'tech skills' are irreverent on the outside and we all know this. This is the end of the road for them. Have a little compassion.

When is you going to look for another job? Very telling that during the best job markets in recent memory and you can't find anything.

Why do so many people actually think they will ever bring this back? And if they do, it will be a glorified token gesture at best. These people will squeeze every nickel out of you, so they can have second summer home on Martha’s Vineyard. Time for another John Vas---ne memo on how we are leading the way. Collect ‘Em All kids.
