Can they make all of their big fat a-s employees meet a standard BMI requirement as a condition of employment? Fatness is much more lethal and a greater strain on the medical system than the covid

I have my shots. It was my choice to get them and if a booster comes out I'll get it as well. I also respect the ones who choose not to. Its their choice. If a Strike were to happen I'll support that craft and not cross a picket line period.

Y’all need to understand this IS Norfolk Southerns doings. They wanted to make it a condition of employment last year when the vaccine first came out, but they needed government involvement to make it happen. The carrier is not an innocent player in a broad government conspiracy as some would have you believe. The RR will get whatever it wants because it still has the $$$ and influence in DC to make things happen.
Y’all need to understand this isn’t norfolk southerns doings. They will force it as condition of employment because THEY are being forced by the government into making it condition of employment. It’s not as though they are taking it upon themselves. Big difference.
Very very few will have the nutz to stand up for themselves. As for the rest of y’all go on and accept whatever comes your way because if you’re willing to be bent over and get “jabbed” simply to avoid noncompliance then you’ve surrendered your dignity and are obviously willing to give up anything.
You dont have to get anything, you have all the freedom in the world. If you dont like a requirement of employment, you're free to find another path of employment.

They can require anything they want unfortunately. But if everybody caves what’s next? Pretty much anything.
Nobody can 'force' you to do anything. You always have a choice.
Can they require vaccination to remain employed? Of course they can.
