Surely we will get bigger bonuses and real raises if oil and gas prices remain high, right? They won’t give all that profit to the dividend, right?

Scott already said that if they can’t get the entire company to get the poke, it would likely effect bonuses. They already had their excuse months ago. It doesn’t matter how good the company is doing, the only thing that matters now are the investors.
Well Done points are the new bonus!
What planet do you work for Pioneer? Here on Earth, higher profits now mean higher variable dividends for the shareholders and big financial institutions. This will come at the expense of worker compensation so I hope you have accumulated a bunch of PXD stock. That will be the only increase anyone will see.
After the last few years, it's been proven over and over that the company doesn't put employees first! Don't be fooled by all the smoke coming from the 10th floor.
Historically the bonus has been very good, and even better in great years. So if past predicts future then bonuses I’m sure will be solid.
But technically speaking, share holders own the company so yeah most of the profit should go to them really
Otherwise we walk.
