Maybe our absurd HR leaders can help us with the covid or vaccine issue. Oh wait-yeah, I see the humor in that. How can we hire people who don’t like people (or themselves) to run the people department. 🙄

Never seen a company so fixated on treating their people so poorly. It’s like they wanted to be the “UN-Phil” by going so far the other direction. Well, point made. We don’t feel important, appreciated, valued or anything else that would set us apart or is left from the old days. That sure sucked back then. Sik A little fun mixed into our weeks & the occasional sign of appreciation. How dare they. :-(
How you can think they’re friendly is beyond me. Some try but they’re so unhappy with their leadership and their hands are tied. Those who complained or dared to push back or want to help employees were each targeted and run out. Today, they’re paper pushers and mouth pieces for inept leadership.
They are so confidential that you have no idea of what is going on. Worry about yourself.
Apparently they’re busy planning the Christmas party.
Friendly yes professional no
Don't go to hr for anything you don't want shared to their buddies. Nothing is confidential
You’re on your rant again? Keep bringing up the vaccine and your irrational fears and they just might mandate them for you.
There’s only 1 person in HR that I know that I find unfriendly.
Who are you talking about? The girls in HR always help with anything. They do not have any control over government mandates.
What is your suggestion for them to do? Im not quite sure if this is post or a monologue rant.
