Lol that one guy that immediately took the question from the panelist section sounds like a piece of work. Seems like the manager id hate to report to a part of the problem yet tried to force feed “solutions” smh felt bad for that one lady that barely spoke bc he took over. Say what you want about this meetings tho, but JP saves these calls We need for females in charge.
Unscripted? How insulting it is for you to tell us it is unscripted when the camera cuts away to the person called on "spontaneously" three seconds before the moderator calls out their name or they say, "I can take that question". Corporate mentality = no one ever calling out the lies from fear of being canned. Stop the lies. We would have more respect if you spoke in layman's terms and were honest about your plans instead of hiding them in jargon that we need to interpret (or misinterpret to the worst case scenario). We have a communication problem that needs to be fixed immediately if we are to move upwards.
waste of time
This meeting is a waste of time. Allstate is more concerned with their bottom line rather than their underpaid and overworked employees / customers.
Who are they kidding?
LOL-now Allstate will have to pay ALE for every CAT that occurs. Genius. Now rates will be going up for this weak kneed position.
We DID pay ALE (additional living expense) to customers that were not under an evacuation order, which is different than State Farm. Definitely put people ahead of policies from the onset, though it certainly was a calculated risk/reward approach knowing the Dept. of Insurance would be tough on companies that did not pay the ALE. State Farm getting some adverse media attention for their strict policy approach.
That LA Cat thing is a bu-----t thing. They do everything to not pay claims so they didn't look to pay outside of coverage
