For starters the they are recording literally everything and in many cases not divulging that the experience is being recorded. Most customers assume it is just FaceTime to provide the adjuster w a look at damage. Here’s a lawsuit waiting to happen: just the other day several of us were shown a recorded video inside a customers home where the insured accidentally captured a female w no top…. Did I mention we have this recorded!?!?!
What are the doing behind scenes with va app data?
That app is pretty bare bones with inputted info
Not only would I not buy but I have informed all family and friends to switch carriers immediately. Sooooo many better options out there for service and cost.
Knowing this, how likely are you to buy an Allstate product? I certainly would not.
A little lost...what could the state of all be doing with virtual? Skewing numbers?
It is also used by property for inspecting claims.

I hear some regulatory bodies wanted to speak to Allstate claims. However when the regulators called claims, they were put on hold for 8 hours. Moreover, when the oversight people got through to claims they only spoke only spoke Indian.

No but I am shocked it hasn't caught up to them yet. That and what they are doing behind the scenes with all the data from the VA app.
