I am curious why Belk is giving us serfs more , now what's called associates'appreciation day, events? I'm all for it so I can buy our cheap , and I mean that in every way possible, merchandise. Could it be Belk is desperate for cash flow no matter where it comes from?

I figured they were desperate when they started letting us use 3rd party debit & credit cards for employee purchases
They need to sell as much as they can at a 40% loss before liquidating at an 80% loss.

Everything about Belk is odd. frequent double discount days, scattershot merchandise, pricing strategy, executive management team, underhanded business practices, store presentation, frequent employee turnover, and the list goes on and on and on and on...............
It is odd, we are getting double discount days very frequently now.
