If you shut your fat face and did some work for a change come Q3 NOV may just turn a profit?

Its all true but nothing will change up ur end . They are all soft and clueless. And people walk all over the management. Just keep ur head down . It might change if shinny pants . Steps in

NOV bought a company in Argentina many years ago, spent millions on new equipment and then a few years later bailed out leaving all of the shiny new machines in Argentina. Based on that, any investment now is no guarantee of them having long term plans, just saying like!
Manchester branch will be busy for a while, they are hiring new staff throughout the shopfloor and moving people up with shopfloor knowledge instead of bringing people in from the outside with no knowledge.
New machinery has been brought in and more to follow, orders must be here high or this just wouldn't happen.
No a chance, not while Manchester are hiring
Big scouse you really are cluless workloads on a lot of machines are way down on a couple of years ago, machine's that used to run with 3 people now with 1 or 2 with very little over time, those that are busy seems its rushed to quickly fill current order books
Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better!
What a load off cr-p . We have that much work we cant keep up. So stop telling lies .
