Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Now that I try to remember, it’s not at all clear to me why I hesitated so long to start looking for a new job. It happens to many, I know, I'm just trying to figure out if it's fear of a new beginning, low self-esteem, a false belief that the grass is nowhere much greener or something else?
Eventually when I started submitting applications, I got a job very quickly and not just any new job, but a job that is better paid and where I feel much more respected.
