This was what was then called a Kmart “Power Center” it probably had a pace warehouse in it at one time.
Eddie wasn't making payments so they forced him to buy a cr-p property no one wanted.
Damn, that center was made up of nothing but former Kmart-owned and mainly failed businesses....Kmart, Sports Authority, Borders, OfficeMax.
Transformco did not voluntarily purchase the property; they were the defendant in a lawsuit.
