Do all stores have people who return to Lowe's once a year and then leave again after a month or two because they're reminded why they left in the first place? Or is this unique to us? I know there are few quality employers here but damn. It's even more mind-boggling that they get hired again and again. This place makes less and less sense the longer I work here.

They hired several back my store, ALLL FIRED AGAIN FOR THE SAME REASONS
call outs, always late, too stupid, etc.
This one useless dude gets on a high ladder and looks at his iPhone all day long, WT@
went on for months, until many employees complained.

If they turned in their 2 week notice, and left with no issues, they can be hired back at the discretion of management.
