Rumors at our store is after September 3rd Walmart is going to mandate the jab to all salary and hourly store employees?!

They prevent severe illness, hospitalization, and death. Additionally, even among the uncommon cases of COVID-19 among the fully or partially vaccinated vaccines make people more likely to have a milder and shorter illness compared to those who are unvaccinated.
There is no vaccine in the world that will get rid of a virus think about it people yes childhood diseases. Needs a vaccinations covid-19 is not a disease it is a virus it is an Airborne virus it will always be here and there just like the flu just like the cold yes maybe they're saying that it will help you in the long run if you get covid-19 but you still can't get covid-19 what is the point in taking unnecessary vaccinations that does not cure it at all
I hope they mandate vaccinations for all associates. Lets stop this pandemic. Lets get back to normalcy. we got polio and diptheria vaccines when we were kids. Suck it up and get the vaccine.
They wont mandate it for stores. They are afraid that the stores will unionize. Other industries that are represented by unions get some choice, and it would be too appealing to Walmart store employees to unionize if they laid down the gauntlet on vaccines.
