Are there any new rumors about layoffs at all?

Since I haven’t heard anyone mention cuts in a long time, I hope there aren’t any on the horizon.

Each store is basically Dow to the store manager and one poor slob on the floor. Welcome to the Holidays!
We don’t have any customer to lay off either!
There are barely any employees left to layoff. We’ll have to start laying off customers soon.
Need the buildings to fulfill orders through the holidays.
And you don’t need to lay-off workers when so many are leaving by choice.
Last quarter of the year is the money maker in retail, I doubt they'll be this du.mb to let people go.
I haven’t heard much in a while but logically thinking I cannot see them doing even more layoffs when there are already so many staff shortages on the store level, especially moreso with the younger kids going back to school. L
