I heard 2022 is when all accounting/finance will be shipped out. is this accurate?

All the finance folks that "support" my project are in Mexico. I no longer have US support. Luckily, I have knowledge that the US taught me a long time ago, because the ones in Mexico are barely keeping their nose above water and very unresponsive. I always say, you get what you pay for. 1 highly skilled US worker is more cost effective than 5 clueless low paid workers.
March 2021. Announced yesterday all AP, ops, GP sent to India. More lost jobs
Would this include what is left of Sales Accounting?

I thought finance was already gone, but maybe just part of finance is? I am waiting to hear about my job in payroll.
