Banks have become less competitive and the old school style of management is quickly become loathed by everyone including new hires.

I'm pretty f-ing pi---d off. I followed the rules by getting the shot, and all of my superiors up the food chain didn't take it. So here I am, in the office, basically by myself. What did they know that I didn't? Why didn't they tell me I would lose WFH if I took the shot? I am treated like an animal and it's degrading.
I can't wait to leave this place.
The vaccinated are the only ones allowed in the office. Have to wear a mask everywhere but their desk minus a few offices that you have to wear your mask all the time. They have to self test once a week and then self attest to their status regarding the outcome of the test. Either positive or negative. So does the firm really believe everyone is telling the truth? Also all guests and visitors who want to enter an office have to shown their vax record and status as well. If you aren't you aren't allowed in any office. People are calling their medical leave of absence staff constantly complaining about this policy from all the different angles of it. They are not considering any medical or religious exemptions to enter the office either. It's a black and white policy for right now about entering the building. But DJ Dsol goes and plays a massive show in Cali that didn't have a vaccine requirement to attend the show. Mixed messages all over the place.
Half of them are now working from home since they did not get vaccinated.
Shift happens.
Well only vaccinated have to return to the office. And the vaccinated have to wear masks and get tested every week. And soon they will need to schedule their booster shot(s). So I’m sure they are feeling really good about returning to the office.
