Employees stealing company equipment, but lower level management refusing to deal with it? What you got?

Yeah, the 5th 3rd proxy pay is cr-p. Then they want to hammer out vendor's over a nickel, and ki-l a relationship. We can get it cheaper on Amazon, but will Amazon drop everything to bail us out of a jam? Like Bezos needs more money to go to space.
Yeah, the recent decision to prevent us from using USB sticks was pathetic.
We used to use a small local company to supply sandwiches etc for meetings. On the day they delivered the food, the boss would pay them and claim the money back on expenses. That was too easy for Emerson - they told us we had to get the sandwich company to send Emerson accounts an invoice and they would pay them directly. The first time that happened, accounts waited for three months before settling the bill. Needless to say the next time we phoned up to put in an order we were told to kindly take our custom elsewhere.
