If your field associate asks why it’s like that ?point out their policies and store store policies vs regional policies they never match.
Any questions why you are not to sop / retail standards they have have no clue what is going on in the company and they still ask why it’s not up to their standards you know they are way out of touch from what is going on just leave this company they are i sop mode not excelling.

They lack knowledge of logistics, store operating hours, staffing, equipment awareness,actual store policy vs regional (white tl’s have preference over the colored) and the most important they pay way hire for new hires vs. experienced wfm workers in norcal. Norcal way over pays new workers over the long standing team members that know the systems and sop’s they are under paid but new team members make more than long timers so it is time to leave pbs supports this practice .
Pbs will over pay short time workers and new hires so listen up it is not illegal california to ask what a another’s workers working wage is vs yours time and experience in the company your as a team member are / is sh-t since you don’t matter we call the shots good or bad.

The survey from last year turned us into this so you know regional and global are not willing to hold coordinators ,ac’s ,”field associates “ Into productive members of whole foods. Regional and global fear accountability and their higher ups are so afraid to hold them accountable why do you thing all responsibilities are passed down to teams? They Falsely assumed well accountability is for store level not regional or global so they can make whole foods go for broke while they make all the labor workers jobless. The culture compass is only there to save vp’s and presidents from losing their jobs instead of them.

Our stl made it clear they know who says anything negative . Presidents and vp’s will talk to regional and stl’s they will come to help but are they are looking for you and anything they find will be blown out of proportion. The last astl that did this got his own store but know he is hurting now! His store is going to sh-t since he took over not ready for it.

Also, bear in mind that your survey isn't as anonymous as you're lead to believe - it's part of your MyApps, after all. If you do decide to fill it out, I wouldn't recommend using to lay it thick on your higher ups.
