People are getting burned out and completely disengaged. It's like I'm surrounded by robots and not human beings. Morale is as low as it can get and it seems like nobody cares. People are simply going through the motions, that's it. It scares me sometimes to see what this place has turned into.

The Senior Management of this company has no real connection to the glory days of Xerox. The basic values of the employee as the number one asset, teamwork and pride of ownership have been discarded.
if you aren't making senior mng richer then no they dont care. they actively hate you

We have guys that sit around for hours not doing calls or helping out. Just sit and smoke and collect a paycheck. Never offer to help any other techs out.
Your first line manager does (I was a first line manager and I cared every day). Your second line MAYBE depending on their legacy at the company. Anyone above that? NFW.
My manager is one of the robots too.. we all just show up and collect a paycheck.
