Is city fm going to take over more areas regarding facilities maintenance with Walmart? I'm in Tennessee and there are all kinds of rumors.

Personally as an ex-employee of City it's up to the individual work in the stores that make them suck. Also the regional field managers with absolutely no clue of the work that's being done just trying to push numbers down skilled technicians throat while they're trying to manage four stores and 100 jobs working 80 to 100 hours a week. That's Right Toby. Everybody gets what's coming to them. Maybe you could find a way to work yourself back up in Walmart to being a manager again I think they're hiring cart collectors in Schenectady.
They’re outsourcing everything, eventually it’ll just be a box that companies will sell their products in. Pharmacy and vision will go third party soon also. The writing is on the wall.
CBRE will eventually take over all the Walmarts across the US
Maybe fine for refrigeration and HVAC, but they have no business having their hands in the exterior services business, because they don't have a clue regarding pricing and enforcing the contracted scope of work........
Where in TN has City not taken over?
If that's true...y'all are screwed. City FM is in our state and they absolutely SUCK. They take forever to finish tickets, their turnover rate is super high, and their customer service line sucks.
City has all of Maryland and Delaware.
What ??
