Orlane and Perlier beauty products arrived, but why come to Belk, when you can buy them off Amazon?
What kind of restructuring is this?
Or, are we being sent merchandise from various stores to sell so Belk can liquidate and close?

I doubt Belk will match Walmart's price for the Orlane and Perlier products, it's obvious where customers will go for their purchase.
Whoever said this was a positive move for Belk, with these high end products,....do your research.
Is belk trying to fill the stores with scattershot merchandise before they close? belk customers are typically lower income Who struggle to spend $40 on a dress, no way, no how they will spend $300 on face cream.
Whomever posted about Ulta knows little about it or probably retail as well.

Customer: I was looking for those 4$ Kim Roger shirts and the 200$ Orlane beauty cream. (said no Belk customer EVER!)

Orlane is going to collect dust just like the vitamin shop.
Products sold at Walmart are now sold at Belk, sounds about right.

These two vendors are to replace Lancome volume and build new businesses in the beauty area. Very smart move, beauty is over saturated from department stores with same vendors to dr-g store and Ulta who bye the way are restructuring and cutting associates and management also.
Neiman Marcus and Dillard's sell Orlane and HSN sells Perlier. I think this actually looks like a positive move for Belk, Orlane is very high end and top quality, and so is Perlier but more moderate in price. This may actually be a good choice Belk made.
