If the company RTO isn’t until January 2022 at the earliest with the exception of volunteers then why are branch employees being required to come back?
Isn’t it riskier for the company if employees get sick after being exposed to random walk ins who want to make deposits in person, “talk about the markets” or ask random questions that can be answers by chat or phone?
