Would you quit if Citrix didn't mandate the vaccination?

Please do not turn this thread into a discussion about the effectiveness of the vaccine, let it be discussed by experts in the field.
What interests me is would you leave Citrix in case the company did not mandate vaccination?

It seems to me that Citrix doesn't care about who leaves - those who don't want jabs nor those who don't want to be around people who are not vaccinated - all the same to them. I may be wrong, but I think even without that they would find a way to get rid of people without severance.

Vaccination is the best way to help business. Any other company shall learn from Citrix. This is a Must rule for all companies.

All vaccinations are not 100% effective. Look it up. You get it to reduce the chance of getting a severe or life threatening illness and oh and make the place where we can walk around without a biohazard suit. You have to have tons of vaccinations to go to school in the U.S., why not work?

I personally would leave if it was the other way around. If Citrix mandated vaccine to come into the office and did not provide a WFH option. I would no longer be affiliated with this company.

Incorrect, breakthrough cases are possible, just not very probable at this time with the Delta variant. Will have to see how Delta+ or Lambda handles that in a couple months.

I'm vaccinated so I personally don't worry about it. Unvaccinated people can't make vaccinated people sick so I don't see the big deal.
