There are a lot of guys testing positive at work from COVID. Everyday there’s more and more guys dropping out. We’re told not to work close to anyone but that’s about it. They list us as essential workers and expect us to work everyday but do nothing to help keep us safe from getting the virus. All of the sales people and office staff get to work from home though. Who dictates that their lives are more valuable then ours?

Take responsibility. Get vaccinated. Wear a mask. Maintain distance. NOV continues to offer some level of remote work in many roles. If you’re in a role that needs to be on site, you should be able to take your precautions and preventative measures. I know some locations are back to mandating masks regardless of vaccination status. But you always have the option to wear one yourself. And we’ve been at risk of colds and flus for years. NOV had offered flu shots and has incentives to get a COVID vaccine. What are you wanting to see?
