Technicians are slammed with calls. 15 calls a day. No time to do what’s needed on the equipment. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.
This place deserves an award for the most amount of fire drills in a customer support situation. If you think this is exaggeration …think again.

Don’t care about customer or service. Just shut up and take your layoff package to reduce costs to prop the stock and pay the investors at all costs - that is all that matters.

Xerox sold everyone’s soul to the devil. 👹 Nothing shocks me about how corrupt this company has become. I left on my own terms, not waiting to be sacrificed. Customers need to wake up as they are being neglected Bigtime. Time to wake up and Not get run over.

No respect from customers when you call to give them an eta because we’re so backed up. Everyone is so ungrateful and demanding. I’ve been looking for a job for months. Applied at several locations and never hear anything back. So frustrating
