Name of the game is take care of yourself, no loyalty anymore take as much as you can.
They say they don’t owe you anything but you don’t owe them anything either. That’s the cost when you trash the Culture. Now they are trying to staff up and finding going low ball and thinking that they are in control, the game has changed.

@OP Loyalty in the workplace is gone. Neither employers nor employees are loyal to each other anymore. You are just now realizing this?
@1khi-it is a miracle you are able to keep a job based on your poor writing and communication skills. It is always a word salad with no meaning.
You can have all the so called tech and data analysis you want and won’t change the fact that exploitation if policyholders, agents and employees truly is. Agenda driven industry & Leadership it seems

Loyalty? SF? Laughable! Look at how they treat the employees with decades of service. There is no loyalty when they consider the employee a disposable commodity.
The people who believe loyalty is valuable drank the KOOL AID. They are indoctrinated.
