All Houston service got a very undeserving, and unearned $10 an hour raise.
How about you learn how to do your job and then you can get a raise.
Funny thing is now they are paying guys more an hour today, than all the old timers that they laid off. Difference is those old timers knew what they were doing.
Not sure I understand the way this is worded. Everyone talking about 2-3%. The question is "how much of a pay cut did they give you this year?".
Fact: You can't afford the same things you could a few years ago. US inflation rate / social security cost of living adjustment keep going up.
If NOV gives you 2 or 3%, you can lie to yourself and call it a "raise", or you can be realistic and say, "thank you boss sir for cutting my pay less this year than the last few years".
Send out those resumes friends, other places are hiring.
Lost 5% ICP, Reduced 401K matching, vacation policy changes.
Lots of downside, what's the point? It is time to dust off that resume.
Everyone lost 5% ICP, unless you was on 5% then you got to keep it it think. Pay rise was down to performance, unless in the UK - then it was 'market value'.. . . . . . .
3% at gateshead
At bammel managers are getting bonuses and shop employees getting promisses
Much more than anyone at Greengate deserves
Shop floor at Manchester got 3%. Some staff got a rise, some didn’t.
I just got the biggest raise I've ever had! Hope all the rest of you are sharing the wealth as well! Keep grinding!
They cut my ICP and gave me a 6% increase. Told me anyone who’s ICP was 10% or less would lose it. Those who had 15% would lose 5% of their ICP and get a smaller % increase in pay. Raise is supposed to go in effect on 8/22.
The way Bammel is going, im gonna get a 10 dolla raise!
