How often do you experience verbal abuse here?
I used to work for a company that had maybe even more problems than Xerox, but I never experienced verbal abuse there. That is unacceptable. Since I know that no one protects the employees here and that I will not achieve much if I discuss this with HR, I decided to give notice as soon as I get the first opportunity to leave.

Only the sc-m bags are left running the show because it’s just a dog eat dog situation at Xerox. Leave quickly.
If anyone ever verbally abused me I would tell them to F off....

HR is for management only. Same with any company.
I was a victim of it and spoke up to the Ethics Hotline. This person is now on the Exec Row! Nothing was ever done to this person. This person was never reprimanded even with eye witnesses of this person's behaviour. This person never forgot it though and proceeded in their promoted role constantly asking ME to do work for them ON TOP of my already heavy workload where I did the job of 3 people. I got diagnosed with a illness and could no longer work the 10 to 11 hours, so I spoke up. Instead of understanding, I was laid off. I'm disgusted. HR does NOTHING for the employees here. Unfortunately, this person is thriving there. Pure EVIL.
I think EVERYONE who works for SH and Company from the Tiger Team will be raising their hand right now....
I remember when this dope, the definition of deadwood, against any progress, a bully at least with me, would verbally abuse for an hour at a time, all recorded of course, while he was on speaker and I was doing something else. At some point I started paying attention and figured, "Why do I have to take this cr-p?" And that's when I decided to leave. Right there and then. M.L. can go suck a duck. It's when he finally realized I had recorded everything that suddenly his tune changed. Get a call recorder app and record everything. Reach out to people around you. Let them know you are looking for a new path. You'll be surprised hopefully, like me, how people help.
