People start working every day with cramps in their stomach. It seems to me that morale has never been worse. Almost everyone is looking for a job somewhere else because this company is slowly becoming completely dysfunctional. Backstabbers, mediocrity... this has become an ideal place for them.

had a senior manager tell me last year that I was in the position I was in because it was a convenience for them. Never felt so used before in my life...they even had the audacity to ask me later if I trusted them. Didn't hesitate when I said "NO". Heard they were let go after I quit. Hope they enjoy their next job as much I as I am enjoying my new one!
Poorly chosen managers, led by a group of disinterested executives would be my guess,,,
