I’ve worked for Walmart going on 6 years and I have not gone one day without some type of drama unfolding. My store is nothing but a toxic dramedy show. Management has no leadership ability, there is no ethics and no morals here. It’s gotten to a point where I am constantly wondering what I will walk into while getting out of my car.

Yes. Same thing at my old store. Walmart is a very toxic place. So glad I quit back in May. Best decision ever. Love my new job!
