Not because I don't like it but the opposite. It took everything I had to continue coming to the office as soon as people started returning because my manager indicated that doing otherwise would not be looked upon favorably. If I were to go back to WFH, they wouldn't have to fire me when the time came to return to the office once again - I'd quit on my own whether I had something else lined up or not. But I have started searching for a remote job already and when that option pans out, I'm out of here!

No one questioning if you have health conditions that prohibit taking vaccines so stop parading that lot with the rest of anti vexers. What “ can't for their beliefs” means? If it was left for belief we will still be driving without seat belt laws, smoking in building etc. Get a grip.
Here the term non-vaxer refers do the stubborn fools who refuse to get the vaccine and does not include the exceptions you mentioned.
What about the ones who can't take the vaccine, or the ones who had Covid and are protected from having it, or the ones that can't for their beliefs. How about you get vaccinated and wear your mask everywhere, and take care of you. Glad you are not running the company. Oxy has put in a good policy with vaccinations and testing.
That is a shame that the non-Vaxers have ruined it for others by accelerating the latest wave of delta Covid . Each and every one of them should either be fined or have to do community service to pay their debt to society.
