Calling xerox HR is such a joke. You can’t understand what they are saying as they are outsourced somewhere and on speakerphone likely from home.
Good luck to anyone trying to get a legible straight answer from this setup. Feel like I am calling the Cayman Islands or something. Sorry just ranting. 🤷♂️

SMW is E.V.I.L, and has no training whatsoever in HR practices. She has a BS in ACCOUNTING. She has not the background, training nor empathy to run a global HR team. But she does have the one quality Johnny-boy is looking for... ruthlessness.
HR went away years ago. Now what's left is IR. It's very lacking, or what's left of it is. Benefits Center is a joke.
They have taken the “human” out of Human Resources. Apparently the self service / outsourced model is a great way to save a buck.
Who cares if employees or managers waste hours trying to get answers to their HR related questions.
I had to fix org charts and job grades way back in 2015 and when I tried to hire a Canadian employee to work in my org in the US? The systems couldn’t handle it and HR didn’t know what to do. They told me not to hire the person. So don’t hire the best person for the job because of where they live?!? Got it. Mo--ns.
Yet they are keeping quiet on the fake reporting structure within the organization... how many on here are not reporting to what their org charts show?? Invisible management protecting the visible...
I imagine that HR like other depts. was told to downsize employees so the solution was to outsource some functions (as bad as the solution is)... it's what they did to save jobs for a year or 2.
It’s getting to be like that everywhere. The rich just want to get richer. They don’t give 2 hoots about us
I stand corrected. 🤷♂️ Well played…
Xerox is a joke. There I fixed it for you. :)
It’s absolutely shameful how Xerox management has outsourced this responsibility to low cost providers ..
Once again Xerox has shown its disregard for the employee base ..
It's been bad for years. Used to be we would have an HR rep in most buildings, or multiple reps. Now there's a part time lady in Guatemala.
Xerox will outsource their selves out of existence. Just a matter of when.
